For cancellations or to make changes to your existing appointment (prior to 12 hrs before your scheduled appointment time) -

To cancel an appointment less than 12 hours prior to your appointment time, you will need to call us at our office at 780-221-1437.
Please note our cancellation policy requires a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations less than 12 hours prior to an appointment, or in the case of a no show.
