Cancelling or Rescheduling your session

To cancel, modify or reschedule a session there are a couple options: 

1. Go to your account with us if you have one with us, and login.

Once logged in, you will find access to cancelling, modifying, or rescheduling appointments.

Please Note: 

Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

any appointment cancelled under 12 hours prior to an appointments start time, 

will be subject to a charge of 50% of the appointment fee. Any no show will also be charged 50% of the appointment fee.

 

When people cancel, our therapists are unable to fill those spots, and so this cancellation and no show policy helps us 

respect our therapists time. Thank you for understanding!  

2. Call us at the office at 780-221-1437 for support in cancelling, modifying, or rescheduling your session. 

**If you are calling to cancel within 12 hours of your appointment start time, or after your appointment start time,

you will be unable to use your online account to cancel or make changes to your appointment.**

We do this to protect our therapists, and make sure therapists time is respected by our clients.  

Please call the office and we will help you sort out the changes that you need to make, and take charges over the phone, 

or in person at your next appointment.

Fees from previous missed appointments must be settled up at your next appointment, or you may be refused service

going forward. 

We also know that sometimes emergencies happen! Please just give us a call, and we will be able to waive the fee for

any unavoidable emergency situations.
